In short

Your store data (invoices, items, customers, suppliers, expenses) is stored on your device by default; we do not hold a copy.
The app has no ads and no behavioral tracking or analytics SDKs, and does not collect your location.
Data is uploaded to the cloud only if you enable cloud sync (Cloud plan), in which case it is stored with Google Firebase.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

1. Who we are and who controls the data

Baytraq Sales Manager (the “App”) is developed and operated by Subul Technology (“we”). Contact: info@subultech.top. Because your store data mostly stays on your own devices, you (the store owner) effectively control your customers’, staff and transaction data; we provide the tool.

2. Data the App handles

Business data: Items, prices, quantities, invoices, returns, purchases, expenses, shifts, stock movements (Where it is stored: Local database on your device (SQLite))
Contacts: Customer and supplier names, phones, addresses and balances you enter (Where it is stored: Locally; in the cloud only if you enable it)
Staff data: Account names, roles, permissions, login codes (PIN/QR) (Where it is stored: Locally; in the cloud if enabled)
Store settings: Store name, currency, language, theme, printing preferences (Where it is stored: On-device storage; sensitive keys in the OS secure store (Keychain / Keystore) where available)
Product images & attachments: What you choose from your gallery or files (Where it is stored: Locally on your device)
Local error log: Technical errors with sensitive data redacted (Where it is stored: A file on your device only; never sent automatically)

You do not need an email account or password to use the free single-device version.

3. Device permissions

Internet: minimum-version check, cloud sync, and activation requests if you use them.
Camera: scanning barcodes and QR codes (staff login, device pairing). Frames are processed live on the device and are not saved or sent.
Bluetooth: connecting to receipt printers.
Photos / files: only when you pick a product image, a backup file or a CSV.
Local network: syncing devices inside your store (LAN); data moves between your devices on your network, not through our servers.

We do not request or collect location data.

4. Cloud sync (Firebase)

If you enable cloud sync, the App uses Google Firebase: Authentication (including anonymous sign-in and custom tokens) and Cloud Firestore. Your store’s working data — items, invoices, transactions, vouchers, contacts and staff accounts — is then copied to the Firebase database configured for your store and is subject to its security rules and Google’s policies (policies.google.com/privacy). Firebase free-tier limits and any overage charges relate to the Firebase project concerned.

If you prefer not to upload data, use local-only mode or LAN sync; neither sends your data to any external server.

5. Other connections the App makes

Minimum-version check: the App fetches a small public file (min_version.json) from abdulrasol.github.io (GitHub Pages) to learn whether your version is supported. No store data is sent; GitHub sees your IP address and standard request metadata under its own policy.
App stores: downloads and updates via Google Play or the App Store follow those stores’ policies.
AI: AI-based purchase-invoice reading is disabled in this version and sends no invoice or image anywhere. If we enable it in future we will update this policy and ask for your consent before anything is sent.

6. Backups, exports and sharing

Backup, CSV and PDF files are created on your device under your control. They are not encrypted by default, so keep them safe; sharing them (email, cloud storage) is your decision and responsibility. The local error log is shared only if you choose to send it to us for support.

7. Website

Visit statistics: we use GoatCounter for aggregate stats (pages viewed, referrers) without cookies or personal tracking.
Purchase-request form: name, email, phone (optional), store name, plan and message are sent through Web3Forms to be delivered to us by email. We use them only to answer your request and issue your license, and keep them as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records.
The site loads no third-party fonts or libraries.

8. Purpose and basis

We process the limited data we hold (purchase and support requests) to fulfil your request, manage licensing, answer enquiries and improve the service. Store data inside the App is processed on your device to provide the features you use.

9. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. Data goes only to (a) the service providers named above as needed for them to operate, and (b) legal authorities where we are legally required. We do not hold your local store data to disclose in the first place.

10. Security

We use local storage with encryption for sensitive secrets, in-app role permissions, and cloud security rules. No system is absolutely secure; lock your device, keep the App updated, do not share login codes and keep regular backups.

11. Retention and deletion

Local: your data stays until you delete it or uninstall the App, which removes the local database (keep a backup if needed).
Cloud: to delete your store’s data from Firebase, email info@subultech.top with your store name; we will act after verifying you are the owner.
Website: to correct or delete purchase-request data, email the same address.

12. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent by turning off cloud sync. Write to info@subultech.top. If you are a store owner, you must respect the rights of your own customers and staff regarding the data you enter.

13. Your responsibility as a store owner

You are responsible for the lawfulness of collecting your customers’ and staff data (names, phones, balances), for informing them where required, for configuring staff permissions and for securing your devices.

14. Children

The App is for business use and not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.

15. International transfers

Firebase, GitHub and Web3Forms may process data in countries other than yours. By using cloud sync or the form you acknowledge this.

16. Changes

We may update this policy; we will change the “Last updated” date and flag material changes on the site or in the App.

Analytics

We use GoatCounter to collect anonymous traffic statistics (such as page views and referral sources). GoatCounter does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information.
